My mom found a recipe for Rolo cookies. We decided to try something different than rolos, we put Reese's Peanut Butter cups in them. YUMMY!!!!! The recipe is also really easy.Recipe:
1 box chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil
Mix together. Form into balls, press rolo or PB cup into the center and cover up. Bake at 350* for 9 minutes.
Makes about 2 dozen cookies, if you make the cookie small.
